○ Very kind customer service answering my questions over the telephone even when they where in the last minute Mother's Day rush. ○ Beautiful orchids. They where as the website picture. ○ They had the courtesy of sending me the picture of the arrangements & of the front of the house as evidence of time and beauty of the flowers. So important since I am not in Miami. ○ Perfect delivery timming ○ Great prices. ○ 1,000% recommended. I would be a customer forever. They have my trust because they knew I am an overseas customer & made all efforts to let me know exactly the whole process. I would give them 10 stars. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for trusting us from afar. We're glad our team could answer your questions during the Mother's Day rush and that the orchids, photos, and delivery timing met your expectations. It means a lot to hear you'll be a customer forever, and we look forward to helping you with future arrangements.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
For free deliveries we can not warranty an specific time/hour for delivery, we always try to do as early as possible but sometimes traffic, weather and other factors like proximity changes our plans.
Timed delivery options are available for an extra fee.
