This company to work with they sent out the prettiest orchids and they are so timely. They can get things out in the same day even it’s incredible. The Karen and concern they use sure they get to exactly the right place. In Miami, it can be tough with different condos and different gatekeepers and they really try their hardest.! and send out beautifully tailored arrangements ---- Florist's Response: Hi Ann! thank you very much for your review, it truly means the world to us! and yes, sometimes doing the delivery is the hardest part but nothing that we can't accomplish! happy to help you and we hope to hear from you soon!

My go-to place for gifts that truly wow. It’s hard to find a consistently reliable, non-flaky business in Miami, but these folks absolutely know how to run one. I’ve ordered from them many times over the years, and they have never once missed the mark—every arrangement has been absolutely stunning, at every price point. If you truly care about the person you’re sending flowers to, trust this shop. They convey love beautifully through their work.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
For free deliveries we can not warranty an specific time/hour for delivery, we always try to do as early as possible but sometimes traffic, weather and other factors like proximity changes our plans.
Timed delivery options are available for an extra fee.
